Here's a reposado with a story: NueveUno is grown on a single organic estate in the Amatitan Valley of Jalisco, and it's made by a female master distiller. The 100% agave spirit is distilled in copper pot stills, then rested up to eight months in American oak. Expect a golden pour with layered aromas of cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, and dried fruit, plus a soft floral edge. Sip it neat to catch the oak, or build a slow, grown-up margarita.
