Noble Oak's Double Oak Bourbon earns its name the hard way: aged at least a year in charred new American white oak, then rested a second time in staves cut from Spanish sherry casks. That extra pass brings out vanilla and red berry on the nose, layered with clove, toasted oak, and a touch of leather. On the palate, caramel and orchard fruit give way to walnut, dried fruit, and warm baking spice, finishing long and smooth with lingering sherry sweetness.
