Overview

Meet Cacotrigi, a nearly-lost Corfiot grape brought back from the brink by Nicoluzo, a boutique estate in the hills of Ano Korakiana. Founded by a third-generation winemaker who spent years tracking down the island's rare native vines, this dry white opens with apple and pear before turning citrusy and floral, finishing long with a gentle, persistent acidity. Chill it well and pour alongside grilled fish, shellfish, or a light seafood soup.
