New Riff's distillers didn't just make a gin — they went foraging for one. Alongside classic European botanicals like orris root, angelica, and citrus peel, this Newport, Kentucky release folds in wild Kentucky juniper, American spicebush, and goldenrod, all pot-distilled together. A splash of new-make rye whiskey spirit in the base gives it a richer, spicier backbone than typical London dry styles. Expect a spicy-dry palate with lively citrus-spice on the finish. Pour it into a Negroni to let the rye undertones shine.
