Bottled in Bond at six years old with no chill filtration, it pours plump and full-bodied, with layered spice, toasty malt, clove, and pink peppercorn threading through saltwater-taffy sweetness on the finish. Distilled and aged in Newport, Kentucky. Pour it neat to track the spice work, or let it anchor an Old Fashioned that wants more backbone than a standard rye gives.
