Overview

Named for the winding LA road, Mulholland's New World Gin was dreamed up by Walton Goggins and Matthew Alper, then distilled in Northern California and bottled in Ukiah. Juniper and fir pine set the backbone, but French lavender, Japanese cucumber, and Persian lime carry the mid-palate somewhere unexpected—part classic London-style structure, part West Coast botanical garden. Bottled at 96 proof and double-gold at the SF World Spirits Competition. Try it in a gimlet or a bright, herbaceous martini.
