Gin with a tomato in it sounds like a gimmick until you taste it. Moletto is distilled in the Veneto near Treviso, blending juniper from the Mediterranean maquis and the Alps with real ripe tomato, plus rosemary, mint, and basil, all cut with Dolomite spring water in old copper stills. The result opens juniper-forward, then turns savory-sweet before a clean, citrusy finish. Serve chilled, neat, or built into a Bloody Mary-leaning Negroni riff.
