Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, twice-distilled in stainless steel pot stills and aged over three years in American oak, it pours a warm reddish gold and opens into caramel, toasted oak, and dark chocolate, with cooked agave and dried fruit underneath. Pour it neat in a snifter and let the oak do the talking.
