Maxime Trijol VS Cognac comes from a family house rooted in Saint-Martial-sur-Né, in the Cognac region's Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus, distilling since 1859. The Trijol family controls every step, from growing Ugni Blanc grapes to distilling across twenty-two Charentais pot stills to aging and bottling on site. This VS pours pale straw-yellow with intense fruity, floral aromas that echo the vine's blossoms in early summer. Sip it neat over ice, or shake it into a citrus-forward cocktail for an easy, approachable introduction to Cognac.
