Massenez Crème de Pêche is a peach liqueur from Distillerie Massenez, a family-run producer based in Alsace, France, operating for over a century and a half. Massenez builds its fruit liqueurs on fruit maceration paired with careful distillation rather than added flavoring, a house approach the distillery has kept since founder Gaby Massenez's era. The result is a brilliant pale-gold liqueur with an intense nose of fresh peach flesh and faint peach jam, a lemon-zest lift, and a lush, syrupy palate balanced by bright citrus acidity through the finish. Pour over ice, top with sparkling wine for a peach kir royale, or splash into iced tea.
