This Rioja Reserva is built on patience: hand-picked Tempranillo, with small portions of Garnacha and Graciano, from old, low-yield vineyards across Rioja Alta and Alavesa, aged 20 months in French oak split between new and lightly-used barrels. The result is a deep crimson red layered with vanilla, cocoa, and dark fruit, structured by firm tannins that mellow into a toasty, berry-laced finish. Pour it alongside roasted lamb or aged Manchego to let that oak-driven complexity stretch out.
