Named for a woolly mammoth pulled frozen from the Siberian permafrost in 2002, Mamont even wears its inspiration — the bottle curves like the animal's tusk. Made at Itkul, one of Siberia's oldest distilleries in the Altai Mountains, it's distilled from four grains (malted barley, millet, wheat, rye) and filtered through silver birch charcoal, then finished with a touch of cedar nut spirit for warmth.
