This Monterey Chardonnay comes from cool-climate vineyards where coastal fog rolls in each morning and burns off to sunny, breezy afternoons — long hang time that builds real flavor and keeps the acidity honest. Small lots ferment individually, then mature in French and American oak, layering citrus, guava, and orange peel over a round, tropical-fruit core with a long finish. Pour it alongside roasted walnuts, goat cheese, or fresh mussels.
