Named for the new-moon nights over Jalisco, this small-batch blanco is distilled from 100% agave grown across the region's highlands and lowlands, then bottled unaged at 40% ABV. That leaves the agave doing all the talking: tropical fruit, spearmint, and lemongrass up front, herbaceous agave, clove, chocolate, and lime peel on the palate, finishing crisp and clean. Pour it over ice or into a margarita and let a blanco actually taste like something.
