Behind this easygoing sparkler is Cantina Montelliana, a Treviso cooperative that has pooled fruit from around 400 local growers since 1957, right in Prosecco's Northeast Italian heartland. It's mostly Glera with a touch of Chardonnay, made by the Charmat method for soft, velvety bubbles. Expect a straw-yellow pour with greenish glints, delicate floral aromatics, and ripe golden apple and peach on a crisp, refreshing finish.
