Maison Louis Latour's Pouilly-Fuissé comes from the Mâconnais, where limestone and clay soils shape Chardonnay into something both generous and precise. Hand-harvested from vines averaging thirty years old, it ferments slowly in temperature-controlled stainless steel before resting eight to ten months on its lees. Expect a pale gold glass with acacia and honeysuckle on the nose, rounding into fresh almond and a long, mineral-driven finish.
