It's on this generous land that we planted the seeds, harvested the grains, and perfected the recipes for the heartland's finest spirits. That's our dream.We have selected the finest barrels of our award winning steeple ridge bourbon to bring you whiskey in its truest form-uncut-straight from the barrel-small batch. Craft distilled from heirloom corn grown on our farm. Tasting notes
You will find distinctive flavors of dark chocolate, grain, and sweet tree fruits early, which are complimented by oak, spice, and a rich, full mouthfeel.
As you return to the glass you will find notes of dark caramel and chocolate covered cherries with aromatics of oak, vanilla bean, and hints of bread and tobacco. Overall, a distinctively pleasant, yet bold bourbon at 102 proof, for you to enjoy with the closest of friends and family. Each bottle is hand signed with its own barrel, proof and bottle number; there are no two alike.
