Lobos 1707's Limited Edition Anejo is where Mexican tequila meets Spanish sherry, and it's a fascinating pour. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Los Altos highlands of Arandas, Jalisco, it rests up to 18 months in American white oak before a Pedro Ximenez sherry cask finish. Expect herbal and woody aromas with smoky coffee, then walnut, caramel, vanilla and a ginger snap of spice. One of just 9,000 bottles. Sip it neat or in a considered cocktail.
