Lieb Cellars sources this Reserve Pinot Blanc from vines planted in 1982 on New York's North Fork — the oldest Pinot Blanc plantings in the country, and the reason this bottling carries more depth than typical entry-level pours. Fermented in stainless steel to keep the fruit forward, it opens with pear and tangerine, moves through lemon peel and rose petal, and finishes with a green apple, mineral snap.
