Lewis Pasco Project Bordeaux Blend is a red wine from Israel's Benjamin region, crafted by winemaker Lewis Pasco, formerly of Tishbi and Recanati. The blend leans on Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot and Carignan, resting nine months in French oak to soften its tannins. Expect black cherry and blackberry fruit alongside fennel, vanilla, and an earthy, herbal undercurrent typical of central Israel's terrain.
