Laurent-Perrier built its house style on Chardonnay, and La Cuvée Brut shows why: over 50% Chardonnay joined by Pinot Noir and Meunier, blended from reserve wines drawn from more than 100 crus and rested four years in the cellar before release. The result is pale gold, fine-beaded, and layered with citrus, white flowers, and vine peach that carry through a fresh, textured finish. Pour it as an aperitif, or alongside seared white fish or shellfish.
