La Venenosa Blanca is a clean, unaged raicilla crafted in Jalisco as part of the acclaimed La Venenosa series, which showcases the diversity and regional identity of traditional Mexican agave spirits. “Blanca” represents the purest expression of raicilla, bottled without barrel aging to preserve the raw character of the agave, fermentation process, and terroir-driven complexity. Produced in small batches by traditional palenqueros, it highlights clarity, intensity, and authenticity in its most direct form.
Appearance: Crystal clear with a bright, luminous body and a slightly viscous texture.
Nose: Fresh and vibrant with aromas of roasted agave, citrus zest, and green herbs. Subtle notes of tropical fruit, white pepper, and light floral tones add lift and complexity.
Palate: Clean yet expressive with sweet cooked agave, lime, and lemon peel. Herbal notes of sage, green pepper, and fresh-cut grass are balanced by soft minerality and a gentle natural sweetness.
