From Fattoria La Lecciaia's estate vineyards in Montecucco, this Cabernet Sauvignon is hand-harvested at peak ripeness, fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks, then aged 18 months across Slavonian oak casks and barrique. The result: a ruby-garnet glass with a violet edge, earthy wild berry and blackcurrant aromas, dried herb and baking-spice undertones, and firm tannins that carry into a long finish. Give it a few minutes to open, then pour alongside grilled steak or aged pecorino.
