Overview

Korbel Sweet Cuvée is a California champagne from F. Korbel & Bros. in Guerneville, Sonoma County, made using the traditional méthode champenoise, where a second fermentation happens right in the bottle. This blend leans on Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, French Colombard, and Muscat Canelli for a fruit-forward style — think baked apple, lemon zest, and a touch of tropical fruit, balanced by bright acidity so the sweetness never turns cloying. Its medium-sweet profile pairs naturally with fruit tarts, or try it alongside spicy Asian dishes for contrast.
