Georgia's clay-fired winemaking heritage lives right in this bottle. The wine inside is a Kindzmarauli — 100% Saperavi grapes grown in Kakheti's Alazani River valley, fermented and aged in qvevri, buried clay vessels behind a technique in use for roughly 8,000 years. Expect ripe dark cherry and blackberry, firm Saperavi tannins, and a velvety, naturally semi-sweet finish. Serve it slightly chilled alongside grilled lamb, roasted eggplant, or a sharp aged cheese.
