Matured mostly in bourbon casks with a splash of sherry and bottled at cask strength 58.4%, it layers campfire embers and coastal minerality over orchard fruit, apple blossom and poached pear. Pour it neat, add a few drops of water to open it up, and settle in for a slow evening dram.
