Kedem's Baron Herzog Brut is a dry sparkling wine made in the United States by blending fruit from New York and California — the Baron Herzog line's home regions since 1985. Winemakers ferment the base wine with a dedicated Champagne yeast strain and give it extended lees contact, building the fine, persistent mousse and layered complexity typical of traditional-method bubbly. Expect bright New York-fruit aromatics balanced by the softer, more elegant character of California grapes.
