Kamisa Alpha 60 Dry Red Wine comes from Kamisa Winery in the Upper Galilee, near Dalton, Israel — a boutique-turned-serious producer known for age-worthy reds. This bottling is a select-barrel expression of Kamisa's flagship Alpha blend (Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Shiraz), matured a full 60 months in French oak. Expect fruity aromas laced with toasted spice, a core of black forest fruit, dark chocolate, and earth, and a long, layered finish. Pour it alongside grilled lamb or a slow-braised short rib.
