After maturing in American ex-bourbon barrels, the spirit finishes across six different French virgin oaks sourced from forests like Limousin, Tronçais and Vosges. Each lends its own accent, and the result reads mahogany-gold in the glass, with coffee and ginger on the nose giving way to crème caramel, baked peach and candied orange. Bottled at 42%. Pour it neat and let the oak unfold.
