Overview

Junipero has been hand-crafted in San Francisco since 1996, one of the earliest American craft gins to break from the pack. Batch-distilled in a copper pot still using twelve all-natural botanicals — juniper, coriander, angelica, cubeb, cardamom, citrus peels — and cut with Hetch Hetchy Sierra Nevada water, it's bottled unfiltered at a bold 98.6 proof. Expect a juniper-forward nose, bright citrus, and a peppery, herbal finish. Pour it in a classic martini or a juniper-loving G&T.
