Jules Taylor grew up in Marlborough and built her name on the region's signature Sauvignon Blanc. Fruit is pulled from Taylor Pass, Awatere, and other cooler sub-regions off the valley floor, then cool-fermented in stainless steel to keep the aromatics sharp: grapefruit, lemon zest, and crushed thyme, with a pithy texture and long citrus finish.
