Overview

Most nigori leans syrupy; this one doesn't. Nakao Brewery in Takehara, Hiroshima presses it through a coarse mesh so rice solids stay in the bottle, but keeps it junmai at 65% polish, which pulls the profile back toward dry and earthy. Serve it cold, and pour it against curry or grilled meat.
