Jose Cuervo's Tradicional Reposado traces back to a 1795 recipe — it's widely credited as the first commercially produced tequila, still made today at La Rojeña, the oldest continuously operating distillery in Latin America. Crafted from 100% blue Weber agave and rested two to four months in American oak, it carries notes of cooked agave, roasted pineapple, vanilla, and a whisper of cinnamon before a warm, spicy finish.
