While you might not pour it on your pancakes (we wouldn't judge)… we figured why not go with it? This spirit is distilled and aged in the same fashion as our Firehouse whiskey. From there, we dump the barrels and let the spirit soak in flavor from our house toasted maple wood chunks. The finish gives it that beloved, classic, maple depth and complexity.
