From Tottori Prefecture's Kurayoshi Distillery comes a gin built on Japanese pear rather than pine. The Hakuto steeps nine botanicals — juniper, yuzu peel, green tea, cherry blossom, and Japanese ginger among them — for a bottle that opens with bright citrus and settles into sweet pear and a peppery, spicy finish.
