From Tenuta J. Hofstätter in Tramin, South Tyrol — a family estate farming vines on both banks of the Adige River since 1907. This Pinot Grigio comes from selected slopes across Alto Adige, gently pressed and fermented under temperature control to keep its fruit bright. Expect straw-yellow color with citrus, peach, and pear on the nose, medium-bodied and tangy through the finish. Pour it chilled alongside pasta or a seafood appetizer.
