Insolente means "insolent" in Spanish, and this Anejo comes from Amatitan, Jalisco — the region locals call the cradle of tequila. It starts with 100% blue Weber agave grown around seven years, slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, then rested in oak until it turns deep amber. Expect cooked-agave sweetness with vanilla, caramel and a whisper of chocolate on the nose. Pour it neat, or let it unwind slowly over a single big cube.
