This Sancerre comes from vines the Reverdy family has tended in the village of Verdigny since the 1600s, now farmed by Julie Guiard, Hippolyte's granddaughter. The estate's Sauvignon Blanc grows across two terroirs — limestone-clay "white soils" and stony, pebbled plots — giving the wine its layered structure: fresh spring-flower aromatics opening into a taut, mineral-driven finish.
