High West Straight Bourbon Whiskey comes out of Park City, Utah, where High West built its reputation as the state's first legal distillery since 1870. This bourbon is a blend of straight bourbons aged a minimum of two years, drawn from multiple high-rye mash bills for extra depth, and left never chill-filtered so its full body carries through. Expect light caramel and vanilla on the nose, then candy corn, honey nougat, and cornbread biscuit on the palate, finishing with vanilla, caramel apple, and pecan pie. Pour it neat or build it into an Old Fashioned.
