Unaged pot-still rum bottled straight from the still. Our Silver rum captures the fresh, vibrant character of molasses-based distillation. Pure, lively, and crafted for those who appreciate authenticity and the uncompromising spirit that defines military service.
01. NOSE
Bright notes of fresh sugarcane and subtle vanilla lead the way, complemented by hints of tropical fruit and a whisper of citrus zest. A gentle suggestion of white pepper provides backbone—reminiscent of the strength behind every service member's commitment.
02. PALATE
Silky and precise. The initial sweetness of fresh cream and banana quickly evolves into more complex notes of vanilla bean and light spice. The balance of sweetness and structure mirrors the disciplined approach of those who serve with both heart and strength.
03. FINISH
Clean and focused. Vanilla and subtle fruit notes fade gracefully into a cooling hint of mint and gentle spice—leaving you ready for another taste, just as every veteran's story leaves us wanting to hear more.
04. CRAFTSMANSHIP
Distilled in traditional copper pot stills and bottled unaged to preserve its pure character, our Silver rum showcases clarity and purpose. Each batch is polished with Persedo's C.R.A.F.T.® technology, elevating the spirit's smoothness and complexity without compromising its authentic nature—reflecting our commitment to both exceptional quality and meaningful tribute.
