Herzog Lineage Sauvignon Blanc is a dry white wine from Lake County, California, made with the aromatic Musque clone of Sauvignon Blanc grown on the Herzog family's own estate vineyards. Fermented and aged in stainless steel to lock in bright fruit character, it opens with fresh-cut lime, roasted pineapple, and honeysuckle, carrying through to a citrusy nose and surprisingly creamy mouthfeel. Part of Herzog's Lineage series honoring generations of California winemaking, it's built for grilled halibut, roasted chicken, or an asparagus vinaigrette salad.
