Overview

Petit Verdot as the entire wine rather than a few percent of seasoning in a blend, from one plot at Givat Harel at 720m. Eighteen months in French oak, and the bottling runs to well under a thousand bottles. Gvaot reckons it peaks near three years past harvest and holds eight to ten more.
