Fumé Blanc is Sauvignon Blanc dressed for something more textural, and Grgich Hills leans in. Roughly 80% comes from the aromatic Musqué clone grown in cool American Canyon and Carneros, then most of it ferments in 900-gallon French oak foudres and rests six months on the lees — all from regeneratively farmed, organic-certified estate fruit. The result pours with lemon pith, guava, and a flick of white pepper over a rounded palate. Serve it well-chilled alongside grilled fish or fresh goat cheese.
