Grand Marnier has made this blue-label blend since 1977, named for the house's founder. It leans on VSOP cognac—roughly 82%—rounded out with bitter orange liqueur, then rested in Tronçais oak for extra depth. Expect a warm amber color, candied orange and citrus zest on the nose, and a surprising thread of pine and Earl Grey tea running through a long finish. Pour it neat in a good glass, or let it carry a Sidecar or Sazerac.
