Here's a Speyside single malt that took a detour through the white-wine cellar. Glen Moray first matures this whisky in American oak, then hands it over to Chardonnay wine casks for a finish that layers spicy apple and pear, cinnamon sugar, and caramelized tropical fruit over the distillery's signature sweet vanilla. At 40% ABV, it lands warm and approachable, with a hint of freshly ground pepper on the palate. Pour it neat, or add a single ice cube and let those fruit notes open up.
