Future Gin comes out of a small Downtown LA distillery run by four longtime friends who wanted a gin that actually tastes like California. Built on a non-GMO corn base with 14 botanicals — juniper, Meyer lemon, honeysuckle, grape leaf, avocado leaf among them — and left unfiltered, it leads with piney, peppery juniper before citrus and honeysuckle open things up. Sturdy enough for a dirty martini, bright enough for a simple gin and tonic. Bottled at 45% ABV.
