French Selection's Koenig Crémant d'Alsace Brut comes from Domaine Koenig, a family estate in Goxwiller, Alsace, growing grapes since 1899 across vineyards in Goxwiller, Bernardswiller, and Obernai. Like all Crémant d'Alsace, it's made in the traditional method — second fermentation in the bottle, aged on the lees for months to build fine, persistent bubbles. Expect a dry, crisp glass with citrus and orchard-apple notes and a clean, refreshing finish. Pour it as an aperitif or alongside light seafood and soft cheeses.
