Château De Parsac is a dry red Bordeaux blend from Montagne-Saint-Émilion, made primarily from Merlot with a share of Cabernet Franc grown on the right bank's clay-limestone soils. Produced under the French Selections label using traditional Bordeaux winemaking, it pours a deep purple and opens with raspberry, cherry, and wild strawberry aromas layered with spice and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, expect soft, velvety tannins, medium body, and a long fruity finish. Pour it alongside grilled red meat, roasted lamb, or aged cheese for a classic Right Bank match.
