The second release in Fords Gin's limited Journeys series steeps hand-picked sloe (blackthorn) berries from England and France into the brand's own London Dry gin base for twelve weeks, then balances the fruit's natural tartness with a touch of sugar. Distilled at Thames Distillery in London, it pours at 29% ABV with juniper and citrus still framing the fruit, unfolding into ripe plum, warm baking spice, and a lingering, oily finish. Serve chilled over ice, in a sloe gin fizz, or as a fruit-forward twist on a Negroni.
