Overview

Ferentano is Falesco's white from Montefiascone: 100% Roscetto, an old local variety, off six hectares of friable stony soil at 300 metres. The fruit is cold-soaked, fermentation starts in steel and finishes in barrique, and malolactic runs in wood. The name comes from the Etruscan town of Ferento nearby.
